Unable to create External Follow Button

    Good day! I have always wanted to have the Follow Button for WordPress on my blog but whenever I try to create a Follow button from https://developer.wordpress.com/docs/follow-button-creation/ I always receive an error like this:

    “Please check you’ve entered the address of a WordPress.com or Jetpack-powered site and try again.”

    I have already checked again and again that indeed Jetpack is installed and that the JSON API Module is enabled in my site. However, this error still keeps appearing. I have also tried other websites as sample to create a follow button but it seems that the error only happens for my particular site.

    Would really love to receive help and feedback for this as the follow button would be very helpful to increase my audience. Thank you so much.
