Unable to checkout with a coupon on wordpress.com

    Hi,

    I haven’t been able to checkout with a coupon on wordpress.com. The field to enter a coupon doesn’t seem to exist anymore. I tried multiple browser and the issue persists

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there! The coupon code field should be clearly visible during checkout on WordPress.com. After selecting your payment method, look for “Have a coupon code?” right above the final total. Click this text to expand the field where you can enter your code.

    If you’re still not seeing this option, could you share a screenshot of your checkout page? This will help me pinpoint exactly what might be happening in your case.
