Two wordpress sites, one email address. How to log into both sites as admin?

I have a blog: thetravellingtattooartist.wordpress.com, which I’ve been using and adding to for a few years.

Now I’ve purchased the domain name thetravellingtattooartist.com through bluehost, and I’m attempting to create a new website with that domain, again through wordpress.

My problem now is that because I used the same email address for both wordpress sites ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) I can no longer log into my original wordpress account (the blog) because I don’t know the username associated with that blog (only the email address, which is how I always logged on to edit/add to the blog). So without knowing the username for the original blog, when I try to log in using the email address, of course it only gives me access to one of the sites, which in this case is the new one (thetravellingtattooartist.com)

How can I access both sites (thetravellingtattooartist.wordpress.com and thetravellingtattooartist.com) as the administrator if both are associated to the same email address?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
