Add topic to favorites
Can we have 2 blogs on one site. One menu link goes to one, another to another?
Also, do u have a picture gallery.

No you cannot have two blogs on one URL. Each blog is on it’s own URL (WordPress.com sub-domain). You can create a custom menu and link to the other blog in it though.

Create a custom menu http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
Add a custom link to the other blog into the custom menu > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links

A sneaky way around this to make it look like you have two blogs on your site is to create two categories – blog1 and blog2. Then, assign each post to either blog1 or blog2. In your menu, point to the category archive pages for each of these categories. So, menu link 1 would go to:
yourdomain.wordpress.com/category/blog1
and menu link 2 would go to:
yourdomain.wordpress.com/category/blog2
