Twitter widget problem (I think)

Add topic to favorites
I can’t log into my blog either as a viewer or to the dashboard. I get this message

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Wickett_Twitter_Widget in /home/content/65/4492365/html/supporter/k1w1/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/widgets/twitter-widget.php on line 268

Can anybody help me to get into the blog so I can kill the Twitter Widget which I assume is causing the problem?
Any help appreciated.
