Trouble with Username/Password Log In

I’m having an issue logging into my website and receive an error that my username and/or password are incorrect (they aren’t!). Oddly, when I pulled up the wordpress.com help page, clicked the link “Customers on our paid plans” it took me right into my dashboard. I changed my username and password, confirmed/saved the changes. Tried to log back in and again received an error that the info is incorrect, but again am taken directly to my dashboard if I click the “paid plans” link on the support page. I reset the password again, logged out and again was taken back into that same loop.
So frustrating. Help!

You can log in at https://maravillamakeup.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site. If you need further help, you must take a look in the documentation at wordpress.org

You must be logged in right now or you couldn’t be posting into the support forum. I’m not sure if it is a good idea to even attempt to change your username though. You have had the username maravillamakeup for a decade and that is directly related to your site.

My website is absolutely running on the wordpress.com platform.
My issue is I tried to log in from the main log in page, received an error that my username and/or password were incorrect. They were not. I tried multiple times to send a reset link for “lost password” it never arrived. I went to the support page, clicked the link for support “paid plans” (which I have) and suddenly was in my dashboard. From there I reset my username and password. Logged out – tried to relog in later and again experienced the same issue. They only way I am able to access the dashboard is through the link on the support page which doesn’t seem like it should be taking me to my dashboard – but for some reason it is. And that is the ONLY way I’m getting into my dashboard. From the main log in screen it continues to say my user and password are incorrect, despite having just reset them.

When I go to https://maravillamakeup.com/wp-login.php there is only a wordpress.org login, no wordpress.com login.

Are you changing the password for your site or for this WordPress.com account? The two may be linked via Jetpack.
