Trouble editing category name

Hello, I am a newbie at this. Does anybody know how to edit categories? I seem to only be able to add them or select them but not edit them. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1. To edit or delete a category assigned to a post (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Dashboard → Posts → All Posts in your dashboard, hover over the title and click the Edit link. To delete the post click the Trash link.

2. To edit/delete categories in your dashboard go to Dashboard → Posts → Categories

* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.
3. To edit or delete dynamic category pages in your custom menu go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus

4. To edit or delete Tags go to
