  I stumble upon this message as I’m trying to move my domain address from my old blog to my new one:

  “The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

  My domain address is lightshinesinvietnam.com
  My old blog is lightshiningindarkness.wordpress.com
  My new blog is lightshinesinvietnam.wordpress.com

  Any help would be appreciated.

  Upgrades are on a per site basis, so I do not believe you would be able to set up the domain on the new blog unless you purchase the upgrade for your new blog.
