Transfereing domain

So I originally signed up with GoDaddy but dont like how they work, however I did purchase my domain through them. I would like to be able to transfere my domain and use it for a new website.
Its basically same website content jist different program used to help build. Can I do this?
If so how…plz explain like your trying to explain to a 5 year old lol

Yes I can definitely help you with that! I also don’t recommend Go daddy for beginners because it can be a bit difficult to understand some of the terminology that they are using,

They sent the code to
My domain name @domainbyproxy
So now I have no clue what or how to get it
