Transfer ownership of site to another administrator

My friend Jacob Hess has been trying to do some back end housecleaning for a website we started together many years ago – mindfullymormon.org. I haven’t been involved for some time – and would like to transfer ownership to Jacob. I can’t find a live chat option to make that happen…any suggestions on what to do next? I already sent an e-mail – and am stumped!
