Transfer of readers

Add topic to favorites
Is it possible to transfer my readers to my new site ? I have moved to blue host, and have changed the Nameserves so my site http://mirrorgirlblog.wordpres.com, points to blue host, but I don`t have my readers with me. I would really appreciate if someone can help me with the transfer.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

In order for Staff to do so, please confirm that you have the subscriptions module of the Jetpack plugin installed on your self-hosted WordPress install.
