Hi, I mistakenly purchased my plan on the wrong account. I wanted to know if you can help me transfer it to a different account. Thank you.

Hi @samawasiq, no problem. Can you log into the account that has upgrades, first?

Then you can use these steps to transfer a domain:
https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

Then these will transfer site ownership, which I’d recommend:

I haven’t purchased a domain yet, so it is not showing me anything to transfer. I only purchased e-commerce account.

Just to clarify, was the plan associated with the wrong WordPress.com user account AND site? Or just the wrong WordPress.com user account?

I am sorry if I am unable to clarify the issue. I am new to WordPress.

I was logged in to the wrong account on which I have two websites. I purchased e-commerce plan against the primary site. Now I want to transfer the plan to another Worspress.com account along with the site that is associated with it.

I hadn’t purchased a domain when I posted the query but now I do. I activated my free domain this morning.

Can you log into the other account that has the upgrade? We don’t know what that account is yet. But if you’ll log into it, you can reach fast support here:
https://wordpress.com/help/contact

And they can help you get the upgrade transferred as needed.
