Transfer followers

  I’ve moved my blog and want to transfer my followers over. I was using toddphotos.wordpress.com but now have gone with a self-hosted WordPress site at toddphotos.com (registered under christianfp.com/photo). Can WordPress do this for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please be sure that you have the Jetpack plugin installed, activated, and connected to this same WordPress.com account.
