  Hello I am Latinia, I just purchased the $24.99 Trace Family Tribe & Nationality Pkg. I only want to have this mailed out to my home. However, For some reason it is a download in which it stating 7 attempts. Not allowing me to get in what should be an open download. Please! Help! [redacted] Also, I did speak to [redacted] about ordering these pgks. July 2017. Not sure of the date. Thank You,

  @latiniad31 it sounds like you meant to contact someone other than technical support. I recommend going back to the website you ordered from and reaching out there. I’ve also redacted your phone number and the individual’s name, as these support forums are public. Best wishes in resolving your issue.
