Hey @reddirtfa!
If I’m right, I believe this is a wordpress.org blog site. This is the forum for wordpress.com so you’ll have to hop on over to the wordpress.org forum at https://wordpress.org/support/.
I hope this helps you.

http://reddirtfirearms.org/ is a WordPress.COM hosted blog and this is the correct place to get support for it. I believe this may be a a https:// related issue but I’m not sure of that, so I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

Hi @reddirtfa,
Could you elaborate on why you’re trying to set this up? You will not be able to setup HTTPS/SSL restrictions for your WordPress.com-hosted domain, but if you could elaborate on why you’re trying to set this up, perhaps we can look at a workaround of some sort.

Are you trying to setup a store on your site to collect credit card information? If so, the two major ways to do that would be through setting up eCommerce at WordPress.com or through setting up a PayPal button:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
In either instance, you wouldn’t be collecting the payment information through WordPress.com. It would go through one of the eCommerce stores or through PayPal, which should offer the level of security you’re after. Would one of those options work?
