Though I was changing from .com to .org/ or does it make a difference

    I paid I thought to go from WordPress.com to WordPress.org or does it make a difference. Anyway I did the DIY and paid for BlueHost to host my site so I assumed the name would change to .org. What do I know??? Anyway when I got the email to log in it still had .com/blog. I do not want another Blog site. I want this site for my copywriting business. What do I need to do now to get this corrected?
