Theme Refund Not Processing

    I’ve requested a refund for the Hyalite theme five times and each time I haven’t gotten the confirmation email that’s supposed to be sent after a cancellation request. I couldn’t find an email address for support, so hopefully this post will get it done.

    The blog I need help with is



    Provided you are within the 30 days allowed and you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Yeah, I cancelled through the store page/My Upgrades within 1 hour of buying it and I’ve been checking SPAM religiously. Thanks for the feedback though.

    The theme was indeed refunded on 3/9/15. You can see the refund receipt here:

    The funds should be available on your account within the next several days!



    I have the same problem when a request for a refund for the Basis theme. It’s no processing my request.
    can someone help me with that?
