    Hello,

I had made my homepage and everything goes right with my PC (the first 2 photos).

But some of the images disappear while I check it out with my smartphone (the 3rd and 4th photos)

All the settings are the same (the last 2 photos) so could anyone point out what’s going wrong? Thanks a lot.

    Hi –

What type of smart phone is being used and what browsers have you seen the problem occur in? Thanks!

    Hi there,

Those photos are not loading for me either in Chrome on Android, but they are in Firefox, so it looks like this is a problem with Chrome itself, rather than the mobile version of your site.

Looking at the images in your media library, the files are incredibly large – 4000 pixels wide with a 1MB filesize. That is massive for use on the web, so my guess is Chrome on mobile is timing out, or else simply not loading those images in an attempt to have your site load faster.

Your theme’s custom header width is 1800 pixels, and most computer screens won’t show an image wider than 2500 pixels at full size. An image at 2500 pixels will only have a file size of a few hundred kB, so try resizing those images on your computer to only 2500px wide, and then upload them to your media library and replace them on the front page, to see if that makes any difference.
