The blog started having trouble today
-
Today my blog began reporting redirect loop. I had not made any changes to the configuration of the blog or domain.
So to fix the problem, I made the suggested changes in http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain. Now the blog was completely out. My registrar is the InternetBS and I’ve done all the necessary settings there modifying the NS Records.
There was some change in WordPress.com today? How to fix the problem urgently on my blog that is currently broken?

Take a look at the settings: http://www.slideshare.net/zyc/configuraes-do-domnio-cleversonsacramentocom

Your nameservers are no longer directed to us. Per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMThough they appear to be set correctly in your screenshot, they are not reported as this by your registrar.

Yes, the problem is on the registrar’s end. They are not saving your nameserver choices.

I contacted the InternetBS support and they requested that I set the DNS List, but I think it makes no sense.
They said to wait one hour. I’ll wait, but I think it will not work.
I’m having another idea. Can I change my registered domain in WordPress? The service will expire in August 2012. If I delete the domain (settings / domains) can I register a different (subdomain) without having to pay again?
-
It didn’t work. After DNS update I get unknown host error.
Sincerely I guess that the problem is on internal settings (httpd.conf) of my account at WordPress.com. Can some one (WordPress.com guy) check it please?

Your nameservers still are not pointed to us: http://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/cleversonsacramento.com
You’ll need to find out why your registrar is refusing to allow you to change the nameservers on the domain that you own. Everything is set correctly on this end.
Your domain mapping subscription has passed the 30-day refund period, so in this case you’ll need to purchase a separate domain mapping subscription if you want to try a subdomain.

I’d reverted the cofiguration because my site was off.
But now the DNS List is setted to ns1.wordpress.com, ns2.wordpress.com, ns4.wordpress.com and it’s working fine at this time. I think something that went wrong on wordpress.com or InternetBS now is fixed.
Thanks
