Textbook theme: logo header don't appear on mobile/tab view

Using Textbook theme – the logo image and header image don’t appear in mobile view. The logo at least is important, and appears in the theme description page. Am I missing something obvious to switch it on there?

This looks like a problem with the colour palette you’re using. I’ll report it to our developers so we can get it fixed up. Feel free to return to the default colour palette in the meantime.

Just to clarify, the logo not displaying on mobile is a glitch. The header only displays on larger screens as part of the design, as you can see on the demo.

Hi there – our developers had a look at this, and it looks like this colour palette is not compatible with dark logos like yours, since they just won’t be visible against the black background. Your options include:
- Modify your logo so it works on a dark background, as well as the lighter background on larger screens.
- Use one of the five other colour palettes.
- You could make the top background strip a light colour on smaller screens with Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans. If you decide to upgrade, let me know and we can give you a hand with the code.
