Text colors are NOT displayed right
-
I am a linguistic alchemist and I rely on the use of colors to add meaning and clarity in my text. However, I have found that while colors are correctly represented in the text editor, they are NOT correctly displayed when the text is actually published.
If someone of WordPress’s technical staff happens to read this, then please look into it and see to it that colors are displayed consistently correctly.
I am probably one of the few who uses different colors that intensively, but it is vital for the quality of my alchemy that the color function is consistently in tact. I have poured three months (and counting) of continuous work into it already, and so I would highly value it if some technician would look into {my and WordPress’} problem by fixing any (still remaining) problems pertaining to text color integrity.
Cheers
Phil
update:
After some experimentation I have found that if the text is both colored (other than black) and is rendered in boldface emphasis, then the colors do not appear consistently in color. It is only when I disable boldface that the colors do appear seemingly consistently.
Is this some nagging insurmountable fundamental HTML problem that is still wrecking the brains of HTML-designers, thus preventing display of boldfaced colored text with consistent fidelity, or is it some kind (parsing) problem native to WordPress that is still in need of resolution?

Hi there!
Can you give me a link to a post where you’re using white font with this issue? We do have some safeguards in place to make sure that text is readable, but without taking a look at your post I can’t say if this is what you’re running into.
