tags and categories

    HI, I have sent two emails to the support section of wordpress and have had no response…so I would appreciate any support.
    A friend is using the crafty theme background and when she adds images or video to a post it no longer shows the tags / categories in the published post
    If the media ie photo or video are not included the post shows the tags and categories. How can she make it so that they always show up with or without media?

    Whether or not there is media is irrelevant to display on the Topics pages. All reasons for non-appearance of posts on Topics pages can be found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/#missing-posts

    Please have that person post here and we will help her directly because passing on second hand information is not the best way to deliver support.

    I think your friend may have a post formats issue and need to edit here posts and change the format to “standard”. She can edit the Post http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
    > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts and hover over the post title then click “edit”. Then she can confirm whether or not she selected the “standard” post format and not another one. http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-formats/
