Tagline color in header

  I am trying to change the font color in the tagline in the header to white. I am able to change the font color of the site title to white, but it doesn’t change the tagline as well to match. Can you please help?

  You should be able to achieve that with some CSS and the custom design upgrade (which you have as part of WordPress.com Premium).
