"Switch to the improved experience."

    I see the “Switch to the improved experience.” advertisement show up in my dashboard today. I get a feeling WordPress is finally going to be getting rid of the classic dashboard. For the sake of God, please do not think about removing the classic dashboard. Your development over the years on Clypso dashboard, has been a disaster for desktop users. The Clypso isn’t even effective for whom it was for, the tablet users. I understand that this is just a comment. I am a very concerned long-time user.

    I am sorry you feel so. As far as I know, Clypso is going to be the standard going forward. You can still access the classic WordPress dashboard for both your self-hosted WordPress (WordPress.org) sites and WordPress.com sites here https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

    You can choose any site mentioned there and it will open up on the classic dashboard. I am very sure when this will be deprecated though.

    Clypso has so many problems! Some basic features are not even there.
