We are a local ptsa – the person who started our website would like to transfer plan owner ownership to us so that we can start paying for it out of PTSA funds and upgrade the plan. The domain has already been transfered to us, I believe. but we’d like to transfer it over all together so that we may make changes to our plan.
The blog I need help with is ajptsa.org.
Hi,
I am the current plan owner for ajptsa.org and would like to transfer plan ownership to ajptsawebmaster. I have already transferred domain ownership to ajptsawebmaster.
We would appreciate help at your earliest convenience, as the AJPTSA needs to upgrade to a Business Plan so they can use those features for the start of the school year.

re: transferring a blog to another username account
Companies. groups and organizations of any kind do not own sites.
Every WordPress.COM site has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
If you do not have the required access you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
