    Perhaps not a theme, but a totally customizable page? Where you can pick if you want an image as the background, or just a plain solid color. Thin frame or wide, header, everything..because I’m a bit frustrated of having to restrict myself and taste to just what is “available”. And also text, font, and color.

    If you know CSS, the Sandbox themes will enable you to do all that.
