Subscription Problems

Add topic to favorites
I am able to send email requests to subscribe to my blog and when they confirm see who has. But when someone subscribes to my site on their own and confirms I cant see who has. My friend said she did and is getting my emails but I can not see her as a subscriber in my site stats.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have answered three of your threads on this same issue when only one er issue is required. We do not provide support for http://www.laurensbungalowofdesign.com as it is not hosted by WordPress.COM like http://englehal.wordpress.com/ is.

I’m sorry for the confusion. Since http://www.laurensbungalowofdesign.com is using the Jetpack plugin, I can help with any subscription issues related to the Jetpack subscription module on that site.

Can you please tell me the email address of your friend who you don’t see as a subscriber in your site stats? (You can share that email address and our forum software will hide it from everyone except staff.) That will help me troubleshoot this for you.

Hi,

Sorry this is taking me so long to get back the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). She said she has subscribed and gotten emails from me about my posts but I am not able to see her as a subscriber.

She subscribed as a WordPress.com user (not as an email follower), so you’ll see her in the list of WordPress.com followers in your Jetpack dashboard here:

http://www.laurensbungalowofdesign.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats&blog_subscribers&type=wpcom

You can also see that list in your WordPress.com dashboard on the Stats Insights page.
