  Apparantly my missing blog posts from XANGA are in HTM format. I tried to convert to XLM to upload but it won’t let me. Any suggestions? I could covert them to DOC and copy and paste, but I want the dates to be right. Some are 8 years old. THANKS!!!

  Hi there,

  Do you mean the export file you got from Xanga ends in .htm? If so, that’s not the correct export.

  Make sure you’re following the process outlined in this article to export your content:

  http://naphtali-deer.xanga.com/2013/07/30/instructions-for-exporting-your-xanga-blog-to-wordpress-com/

  That will give you a .zip folder with the .xml files you need to import inside it.
