    I would like to know if I have the possibility of creating special accounts for certain people who can receive a discount percentage? The idea would be to do it through a code that we could provide them and when they introduce it they would obtain the benefit. I would also like to know if it is possible to have different shipping methods for different products.

    Hi! If you’ll be using WooCommerce, you absolutely can have different shipping methods for different products. It’s not quite in our wheelhouse, since we mainly support folks who are using the Free plan on WordPress.com in this forum, but this article on shipping classes might help.

    Regarding giving certain users an evergreen discount based on their account, do you want to maybe check in with the WooCommerce sales team? They’re very familiar with lots of different plugins and extension options. I’d imagine you’d use something like a wholesale plugin for that, but they will know much more: You can reach them here: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/

    Use “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase” > and then click the contact link to contact sales.
