Someone has duplicated my site and content (forgery!)

Hi all, someone has copied my website almost word for word, but with different contact information. Has anyone seen anything like this and do you know if I can do anything about it? The only real difference is the contact info and occasionally they change the word “help” to helper.

Obviously this seems like forgery and probably bad for numerous reasons. See the links to my site and the copied site below. All and any help is appreciated, thanks in advance!
