Somebody created a page in my name, using my photos and my identity

Hello everybody, I have got a pretty complicated situation here and I hope somebody could help.
I was helping my father starting his own WordPress page. When we had to choose the username, we discovered somebody else had already used that username (“sandromondelli”, my father’s name and surname).
We tried to check the http://sandromondelli.wordpress.com address to see what that was about, and we happened to find a page dedicated to my father, written in first person. Since my father didn’t know anything about it, we supposed the page was created by somebody that maybe was hoping to do my father a favor (the only logic explanation).Now, my father wants to create his own personal website, using his own info, photos and bio, using “sandromondelli” as username, but most importantly he would like that page, created using his name and his photos, to be removed, since someone else is using his own material against his will.
We can actually demonstrate (via personal ID document or whatever else should be needed) my father’s identity, his name, and of course give you proof that he is the man portrayed in the photos.
Is there a way to make the page be removed by any means?Thank you in advance for your attention

However, please be aware that we cannot under any circumstances transfer a username or URL created by someone else to you, even if it matches your/your father’s name.
