  I already did according to what has been written on support page (https://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/).
  I have no problem with verification using Google, Pinterest and Yandex.
  I only had problem with Bing Webmaster. Whenever I try to verify my site, it will say that the meta tag cannot be found on my page.
  Please assist me.

  I had this problem and I found that you have to keep clicking ‘verify’. It doesn’t seem to work straight away. So, try again, and when it fails, leave everything as it is and then click ‘verify’ again after a minute or so. Keep doing that until it works. I had to click the verify button 5 times before it actually verified.
