It’s possible to change the font color of the Site Tagline so that it is white like the Site Title? Thank you.

If you don’t have the CSS tab in your Customizer, then you will have to upgrade your plan. You need to have Custom CSS which is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans.
