  I have found support documents from our Support Site, which can help you so please see the results here:

  Scroll once you’re the above link and find the relevant page which you’re trying to upload.

  Thank you very much. I have find solution. The website wordpress were blocked by internet provider. VPN has fixed problem ))

  Hi @ikromadm,

  Can you please tell us what Internet Service Provider you’re using? so we can report this to WordPress.com folks.
  I am glad you found the solution, but if you report us or tell us your ISP that it might help the other members from your location and country to access WordPress.com without using any VPN.
