  I have created a journalism site on WordPress a few months ago, but I could’t access the site either through WordPress or see its appearance in public. It is as if the site has disappeared. Could you please look into the problem for me? Is my site down due to security risk or maintenance? Is it possible to recover my site?

  https://jhglobalnews.co.uk uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
