Simple Payments

    Is Simple Payments included with a business account? We are a non-profit and want to be able to accept donations via credit cards and possibly PayPal. We don’t have that capability now. Meeting with our club tomorrow. Would like to have answers for the membership. We plan to upgrade very soon. Will I be able to speak with someone to help with setting up the site once we upgrade?

    Is Simple Payments included with a business account?

    Simple Payments is included with the Premium and Business Accounts.

    WordPress.com Free and Personal plans allow for the use of the simple (no customizations) Buy Now or Donate button from PayPal (which takes credit cards).

    Will I be able to speak with someone to help with setting up the site once we upgrade?

    Upgraded Paid Plans include live chat support with a Happiness Engineer when available. Otherwise, they are routed to a private email for support.

    Also note that response times are anticipated to be longer than normal this week.
