  The software informs me that as long as my graphic is a minimum of 980 pixels by 150 that the upload will work. Have tried on numerous occasions and it does not. Thanks for bailing me out. Eric Britton/world streets

  Hi there,

  Is the image upload failing or is the theme failing to display an image as it should? For example, are you able to upload an image straight to your Media Library here (click “Add New” at the top)?

  If you’re unable to upload an image at all, I suspect this isn’t an issue with the theme.

  Could you try another browser just to see if this is localized to IE10 (Chrome or Firefox for instance)?
