Sidebar items disappearing

    How can I stop, on the sidebar, photos of posts disappearing?

    Hi,

    Please let me know if I’ve misinterpreted the issue that you’ve described.

    The introductory paragraph of the Top Posts & Pages Widget support page says:

    The Top Posts & Pages Widget allows you to display either your most liked posts or up to ten posts that have received the most traffic in the past 48 hours.

    So the items displayed in the widget, and their order, will change periodically depending upon traffic to those posts, pages, etc.

    However, the number of items displayed also may fluctuate unless you’ve checked each of the boxes under “Types of pages to display” in the widget. This happens often on my own site, that’s how I found out about it.

    Example:
    If you have the widget set to display 10 items, AND choose to display only the types posts and pages, AND during the last 48 hours 5 of the top 10 items are of the type posts or pages and another 5 are of type media (images, documents, etc.), then only 5 items will be displayed in the widget.
