settings not working properly

  Seriously i have been entering the number of posts as a limit per page to 10. I thought there was something wrong the theme im using, but no, even if i limit it to 10 on the settings it exceeds 10 and shows up all my posts in one page. I cant limit to 10 posts in 1 page as much as i try to. please fix this.

  I only see 8 posts on your front page. I count 10 posts on https://sromanillos.wordpress.com/category/poetry/ and 3 posts on https://sromanillos.wordpress.com/category/prose/

  There are 13 published posts on the site and only 8 displaying on the front page. Do you still need help with this?
