separate blog to a separate account

Hi…I have started a new blog (which I intend to use for a coalition) under my chase account but I want it move it to a new wordpress account so that I can keep content, contact info and logos separate. How do I move the new blog, with a name I want to keep, to a new word press account?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
