SECOND REQUEST: Canceled Premium plan upgrade but should still have Personal pla

This is the second time I am posting this as I received NO HELP for the past week!
I had the personal plan but upgraded to the premium plan. After not getting all the features (WordAds especially), I asked for help and got NONE. I then canceled the premium plan, which should have returned me to the PERSONAL PLAN. However, I was downgraded to the free plan even though I was already billed for the Personal plan in June. WHY???? My website should IMMEDIATELY be restored to the Personal Plan that I already paid for.
On a side note, WordPress has absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

If you upgraded from a lower plan to a higher plan and then cancel the higher plan, it does not automatically revert to the earlier plan you had. It reverts to the free plan.
I’ve also gone ahead and flagged this thread for staff assistance.
