RSS Feed for linking WP to Big Cartel

Hey!
My rss feed isn’t working when I try linking my wordpress to big cartel. It worked initially, but it’s frozen on the first post, i’ve since deleted the post in wordpress, but somehow it remains unchanged on the big cartel.
This is the page, I’m trying to link to via RSS. Can you spot the problem? Any help would be seriously appreciated. Thanks so much.

Thank you! I have had it linked to the big cartel for a while now, but it’s still only showing an old post dated July 6th, and wont show anything new.
Is there any way it could’ve been frozen from that date onwards?

I am also having issues – mine just says ‘loading’
I’m trying to connect my wordpress (http://sennajean.wordpress.com) to http://sennajeandesigns.bigcartel.com/testI have included the details as above but it doesn’t work

That’s the exact same thing as me. It’s stuck on an old, since deleted, post, and if i try to even link it to a new wordpress with a new rss feed, all it says is ‘loading…’

There are numerous threads about RSS feed issues (no display at Blogger, Go Daddy, bloglovin, etc.) Is there a specific reason why we have so many reporting thes issue now? is there a specific reason why we always get the:
“This feed is valid but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations: ” when we validate our feeds? -

Staff will definitely help as soon as they can. They work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Don’t bump your thread by posting into it again please because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Posting again moves the timestamp forward and that means it takes longer to get help.

@alwayspushblog – I’ve checked your feed and there’s nothing wrong with it. However, it does look like you’re just updating an old post instead of creating a brand new one. This might mess with how the feeds are updated because we don’t send updates out for posts that have already been published.
Can you try publishing a new post so I can see what happens?
@sennajean – I checked your feed as well and it validates just fine.
It sounds like both of you should contact BigCartel about this. Since our feeds are validating fine, there might be something wrong on their end with reading the feeds.

@shawnajroberts – Thanks for the help. I just added a new post there and it seems like nothing’s changed. Unless the problem is visible to you now?
