Rewewing subscription

I am trying renew services I purchased through wordpress (domain mapping, private registration, domain registration). My credit card had expired, and I did not receive the renewal emails because my mail forwarding had been canceled.

Note that there is a domain redemption fee charged by the domain registrar that cannot be waived by wordpress.COM.

Thank you for your response. The domain I need help with is actually “www.sspie.com”, NOT “sympontia.wordpress.com” as previously stated.
