  From what I can see it does not look like that charge came from WordPress.com. There’s no history of any charges being made to the account that you have contacted us from.

  Additionally, the site at shanpanigrahi.co.uk, does not use our managed hosting environment. It’s hosted by 123hjemmeside.dk. This means that y’all are using the other version of WordPress. That’s the open source WordPress.org software and help for it comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  If you’d like to be 100% positive that the charge is not from WordPress.com you can do that by checking here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  Thanks for tagging this thread and requesting the site involved. That’s perfect. In the future you can also share the page at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ with users where they can check the charge in addition to using the modlook tag.
