I’ve contacted WordPress numerous times with no response. I bought a theme that didn’t work for what I needed it to do. Never used it because of this. Would like a refund. Am very disappointed that something as simple as this isn’t being taken care of quickly and efficiently.
The site at http://brokegirltravels.com/ is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the free, open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org, and hosted on Bluehost.com’s servers. You have never bought anything from us on WordPress.com, and this forum thread is the first time you’ve ever contacted our support.
