    I can see that we processed a refund for the personal plan that you purchased. $48.00 was sent back on 2019-01-03. It normally takes about ten days for that money to reach your account.

    If you experience a delay. Please contact your bank directly. They can inform you about their own processing times, when to expect the money, and how it will appear in your account.
