    Hi,

    I am getting an email to renew my wordpress however don’t have any purchases to update?

    I am worried I will lose my website which I don’t want ..

    Please help me update this information

    Hi there,

    You do not own any sites or upgrades in this account. But if you’re receiving an email from us it means you most likely have upgrades that belong to a different account.

    Please log out of this WordPress.com account, then log back in using the email address at which you received those emails.

    Also note that any emails from us would come from a @wordpress.com address. if there’s anything else after the @ in the email address, those emails are not from us.
