Renew Expired Domain from Hamasara account

I am now reposting from the right account (@hamasara) concerning my expired domain at thecuriouscreative.com. My billing history shows the record of my past purchases, just not the option to renew as outlined in the support documentation. There’s no button or anything that allows me to renew. Just the ability to view my receipts or email them. And without access to my email due to domain expiration, it’s hard to recover or adjust anything.

Doing that makes it harder for us to help you, so I’m closing all the duplicate requests.
