renew domain mapping

    My account did not automatically renew domain mapping in June. Looking at my account history, I realize that I did not update my account information when I canceled my credit card in December due to fraud. I would like to renew domain mapping by paying the $13 annual fee and continue to use my own domain name. I’m not being given an option to renew, but am being told I have to upgrade. Why am I not given a way to renew? I can add a new credit card.

    Hi there,

    You would be able to add your card details on the Purchases page and also you should be able to renew from there, and you would be able to see the option to add your card details once you click on “Billing History” page.

    I am tagging modlook to this thread, so someone from Staff will check your domain details and let you know about that exactly.

    Usually, the domain renews with a plan, and if you have additional domain mapping then you pay that $13/yearly just for mapping.

    Hi there,

    We discontinued selling domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade over two years ago. Accounts that still has an existing mapping upgrade can keep renewing it, but once the upgrade is removed it’s no longer possible to buy it without a plan.

    In this case it’s also been too long since the upgrade expired for me to just add it back to your account, so the only way to do that now is to buy one of our plans.
