Removing blog panel from contact pages

  • I only want a contact panel on my last page so I would like to get rid of the attachment pages (galleries) panels. I can do it on pages but not otherwise. I hope this is possible. I would like to link all pages to CONTACT at the end.
My blog is as static as I can make it as it is a showcase for my work. Am just about getting the hang of it after two weeks! Please and thankyou!

  • Is that really what I wrote! Oh dear I mean removing the blog panel from ATTACHMENT (galleries) pages!

  • I apologize for not understanding what you are trying to express.I do know that we cannot edit themes or the underlying templates and change any dunctionaility of wordpress.com blogs. CSS upgrading provides tha ability to change appearance only.

Here’s the link for instructions for creating a contact page. When readers us it the result is an email to you. Please see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  • EDIT: Sorry about the typos.

  • I am sorry I have been very incoherent. If you look at my site and click on Screen Prints for example and then click on an image to make it larger, you will see the comments panel is there at the bottom while it isn’t on the actual gallery page because I was allowed to turn it off.
Thanks for the other info. I need to know that anyway.
THANKS…if you have time have a look and see what I mean.

  • Now I understand you! Thanks for hanging in. I don’t have a “fix” for this. If another Volunteer does not post with a solution then I believe you will have to contact Staff. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

  • Thank you. This forum is very efficient …makes up for the lack of ‘examples’ in the HELP section!
